
David Irwin
David Irwin is currently President of Chapter Apps, a provider of Cloud-based solutions for enterprise training and learning, launched in 2016 by Rohit Kumar, then entrepreneur-in-residence.
In sixteen years with Fiserv (which was formed through over 150 acquisitions) he played key roles in sourcing and integrating numerous acquisitions, co-led the startup of the Company’s offshore operations (now over 4,000 employees), and led the $60-million Business Technology Services product line.
David also served as President of the Raddon Financial Group following its acquisition by Fiserv, leading it to substantial improvements in revenue and EBITDA over two years.
Early in his career, David had experiences as a PE-backed co-founder and as a BCG consultant.
He serves on the Boards of Four Stripes ETF (Nasdaq TTTN) and Enterprise Credit Union (a Federally regulated financial institution).
He earned an AB in Economics from Dartmouth College and an MBA from the Wharton School.
