David Irwin
David is currently Chief Executive Officer of gThankYou, the leading provider of gift certificates for food items to employers, charitable organizations, and public sector entities. Prior to serving as CEO, David helped organize the investor group that restructured the company in partnership with its founder.
Before gThankYou, David served on the Boards of Tigershares Internet Titans ETF and Chapter Apps, a Silicon Valley-based provider of Cloud-based enterprise training solutions, for which he also served as Interim President.
During a 16-year period with Fiserv (which was formed through over 150 acquisitions) David played key roles in sourcing and integrating numerous acquisitions, co-led the startup of the Company’s offshore operations (now over 4,000 employees), and led the $60-million Business Technology Services product line. David also served as President of the Raddon Financial Group following its acquisition by Fiserv, leading it to substantial improvements in revenue and earnings over two years.
Early in his career, David had experiences as co-founder of venture-backed NetCommerce Company (now part of FIS) and as a consultant with Boston Consulting Group.
He earned an AB in Economics from Dartmouth College and an MBA from the Wharton School.
