Robert W. Driscoll, Jr. - Founder and Managing Principal
Mr. Driscoll is the Founder and Managing Principal of Driscoll Holdings. He was previously a Managing Principal at Striker Partners, responsible for the sourcing, structuring, closing, oversight and exit of numerous successful Private Equity investments.
Prior to joining Striker, Mr. Driscoll ran Mellon Ventures’ Philadelphia office. Before Mellon Ventures, Mr. Driscoll was President & CEO of Star Anchors & Fasteners, where he directed its successful turnaround in bankruptcy.
Prior to Star, he was a Principal at DSP, a private equity group focused on leverage buyouts of firms emerging from bankruptcy. Before DSP, Mr. Driscoll was with the Deloitte & Touche Consulting Group where he focused on strategic and implementation issues, and operational turnarounds of troubled companies.
Before business school, he completed the First National Bank of Boston’s credit training program and worked in the Restructuring Division. Mr. Driscoll also worked in the firm’s High Technology Division both in Boston, MA and in Silicon Valley where he financed companies in a variety of technology industries.
Mr. Driscoll has been a guest lecturer for the Finance Department at the Wharton School, and is the former Treasurer and Board Member of the Philadelphia Association for Corporate Growth (ACG).
In addition to serving on two non-profit Boards, Mr. Driscoll is a current or former Director of Breckenridge Brewery, Business Express Airlines, Clipper Ten, LLC, Fairmount Automation, Inc., InterLine Brands, Inc., LaserGrade, LP, Orchids Paper Products, (NYSE "TIS"), RealWinWin, Inc., Recirculation Technologies, Inc, Four Stripes ETF (Nasdaq "TTTN") where he serves as Chairman of the Audit Committee) and Touchstone Wireless LP. He is a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors.
Mr. Driscoll earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Vermont, with Honors, and his M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He resides in suburban Philadelphia, PA with his wife and children.

Lee F. Driscoll - Managing Principal
Lee is Chief Executive Officer of Breckenridge-Wynkoop, LLC, a joint venture between Colorado brewpub pioneers Wynkoop Brewing Company (est. in 1988) and Breckenridge Brewery (est. in 1992).
Breckenridge-Wynkoop owns and operates 7 restaurants and brewpubs in Colorado: Ale House at Amato’s, The Ale House Grand Junction, Breckenridge Brewery of Colorado & Tasting Room, Breckenridge Brewery Colorado Craft, The Cherry Cricket, Phantom Canyon Brewing Company, and Wynkoop Brewing Company.
While attending the University of Pennsylvania, Lee was awarded the prestigious Thouron Award, which granted a two-year scholarship to Oxford University. He later earned a Masters in Finance from the London Business School, and is a graduate of the UVA law school.
Lee is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the Colorado Restaurant Association and the Board of Directors and Finance Committee of the Cherry Creek North Business Improvement District. In 2010 Lee served on the Finance Committees of the John Hickenlooper for Governor and Michael Bennett for U.S. Senate Campaigns.
Lee is also a member of Children’s Hospital Circle of Care and in the past worked with the Mayor’s Justice Center Task Force, the Mayor’s Advisory Commission for Selection of Denver’s Police Chief, Ocean Journey’s 21st Century League, Children’s Museum Sponsorship Committee, and was the Chairman of Denver Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) Board of Directors.
He resides in Denver, CO with his wife and children.

Founder and CEO of Coffee Down Productions Inc. in 2016, is an award-winning producer and executive producer, providing full productions services from development, financing to world-wide distribution.
Christopher has over 15 years of proven, consistent success in project and client management through strategic and tactical solutioning. He is proficient at perceiving risk and proactively identifying issues while prioritizing execution on initiatives and project performance. Excellent communicator who leverage technical, business and financial acumen to effectively influence, communicate and produce results for senior management, team-based lateral organizational structures and downstream consumers. These attributes make him an effective servant leader, a reliable thought partner and a trusted advisor.
He and his wife currently lives in Manhattan, Greenwich Village, and received his Bachelor’s degree in Business from Northeastern University.

Michael Cooke, Esq. - Associate
Michael joined Driscoll Holdings in 2016.
He provides market research, tax advice and ongoing support for acquisitions and portfolio companies.
Michael earned his J.D. from Washington and Lee University where he was a staff writer for the Washington and Lee Journal for Energy, Climate, and the Environment. His journal research focused on mineral rights in Pennsylvania’s Marcellus region. Before joining Driscoll Holdings, Michael was a wealth advisory intern with the Glenmede Trust Company and a summer clerk for the Honorable Anne Lazarus of the Pennsylvania Superior Court.
He earned his B.A. from Washington and Lee, graduating dean’s list, with a degree in European History and German Language.
Michael is an avid outdoorsman who led river trips in Maine for three summers and hiked sections of the Appalachian Trail. He lives in Philadelphia and enjoys sailing, trap shooting and squash.
