• Revenue up to $50 million.
• EBITDA of $2 - $5 million.
• Mid-Atlantic region is preferred, but we will consider all locations in the continental U.S.
• Defensible positions in a growing niche market.
• No significant customer concentration.
• Modest CAPEX and working capital requirements.
Sectors of Interest
• High value-added suppliers to the US Military, especially the US Navy.
• Business services.
• Niche manufacturing.
